Is an On-line Property Management (OPM) aggregator designed to assist small property owners in managing the booking process of their rental properties. It can consolidate booking calendars from different platforms such as AirBnB, Booking.com, Agoda and many more in just one monitoring system "No more double/over booking will happen".

Rules

 Check-In: 2:00pm onwards. You'll need to let the property owner/manager know in advance what time you'll arrive.

 Check-Out: On or before 12:pm. You'll need to notify the property owner/manager in advance before leaving the premises for turn-over of keys/access cards.

 Registration: All guests should fill-up tenants profile sheet and submit corresponding valid ID's.

 Emergency: Guest can dial 911 in-case of emergency or ask help from security guards on duty at the lobby.

 Keys & Access Cards: Guest will be given keys for the property and access cards for elevator/lift. (if in case of loss: charges for keys is P100.00/key and Access Cards is P500.00/card)

 Parking: P200.00/night but subject to availability. (Early/advance booking is required)

 Swimming Pool: FREE when 5days or more, P150.00 /guest (one-time-payment only) if less than 5days stay. Note: this is subject for early booking to prevent over-crowding of pool users.

 Child Policies: Children of any age are welcome. Children aged 18 years and above are considered adults at this property. To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.

 Music Volume: Guests should maintain sound/music volume in normal level so not to disturb neighbors specially at night or quiet time.

 Quiet Time: 10:00pm onwards.

 Smoking: Not allowed inside the property. Look for designated public areas.

 Air Conditioner and other electric appliances should be switch off when leaving the property in long hours. (Help our environment, conserve energy)

 Security: Always leave windows closed when you are absent, lock the door, etc. The property owner/manager is not responsible for any losses of personal belongings.

 Pets: Not allowed. (There are some guest/s from other rooms that are allergic to pets/animals)

 Waste Separation: Green - Biodegradable, Black - Recyclable, White - Residual/Special Waste

 Fire Protection: Every room/accommodation has its own fire extinguishers. Keeping escape routes clear and familiarize the routes in case of fire. When in higher floors, better use the stairs when evacuation is announce.

 Balcony/Terrace: Don't let your child play near the balcony/terrace without adult's supervision.

 Party/Celebrations: Not allowed.

 COVID-19: Observe hygiene measures in the context of COVID-19 protocols.

 Property damage/lost: Any damage on property and/or lost of appliances/utensils will be charge accordingly.
